Team Goals: Be better at the end of the season than when we started. Win the Section IV Class AA Championship to advance to states.

Ithaca Little Red (Class AAA)
Head Coach: Jonathan Billing, 3rd year (16th overall)

Team Goals: Focus on player development while strengthening our bond as a team and playing as a cohesive unit. A team goal is to have more players score while increasing the number of shoutouts and winning the Section IV Class AAA Championship.
Last Season: Finished 2nd in STAC West division. Defeated Union-Endicott in Semi-final and Vestal to win Section IV Class AA Championship. Lost to Scarsdale (I) in NYSPHSAA Subregional.

Metro
Binghamton Patriots (Class AA)

Head Coach: Zachary Boyko, 2nd year

Team Goals: Improve upon last year, make a run to get in sectionals, and win the Mayor’s Cup.
Last Season: Finished tied for 4th in STAC Metro division. Did not qualify for sectionals.

Johnson City Wildcats (Class A)
Head Coach: Isaiah Hutchko, 3rd year
Key Players: Vlad Hudz (sr.), Gjejson Gjoka (sr.), Jack Tkachuk (jr.), Javi Perez (jr.), Dominic Palumbo (jr.)
Team Goals: Be competitive in Class A and make sectionals for the first time in many years. Off the field, we believe in developing players who are leaders in their communities.
Last Season: Finished tied for 4th in STAC Metro division. Did not qualify for sectionals.

Maine-Endwell Spartans (Class A)

Team Goals: Looking to make Sectionals - compete in a tough AA field. STAC Metro is always a tough grind, but hoping to challenge for the top spot if we can figure out how to replace the graduated players (13 of them).
Last Season: Finished 2nd in STAC Metro division. Lost to Ithaca in Section IV Class AA Semi-final.

Vestal Golden Bears (Class AA)
Head Coach: Dave Barr, 12th year (30+ overall)

Team Goals: Each player has their personal goals. As a team, trying to three-peat the STAC Championship would definitely be something to celebrate and then continuing to postseason goals. We realize we have some work to do, but the potential is there.
Last Season: Won STAC Metro division. Defeated Susquehanna Valley in Semi-final and Chenango Forks to win STAC Championship. Defeated Horseheads in Semi-final, lost to Ithaca in Section IV Class AA Championship.

Central
Chenango Forks Blue Devils (Class B)

Head Coach: Jarod McMullen, 16th year (24th overall)
Key Players: Nolan Sirgany (sr./Goalkeeper), Alex McMullen (sr./Midfielder), Zephan Thompkins (sr./Midfielder), Nathan Raab (sr./Forward), Aiden Argento (sr./Defender), Grant MacRabie (sr./Defender)
Team Goals: Focus on what we can control and take it one game at a time.
Last Season: Won STAC Central division. Defeated Corning in Semi-final, lost to Vestal in STAC Championship. Defeated Lansing in Semi-final and Susquehanna Valley to win Section IV Class B Championship. Defeated Marcellus (III) to win NYSPHSAA Regional Final. Lost to East Aurora (VI) in State Semi-final.

Chenango Valley Warriors (Class B)
Head Coach: Ted Hoffman, 7th year (a whole lot overall)

Team Goals: Remain competitive in a tough division and do well in sectionals.
Last Season: Finished 3rd in STAC Central division. Lost to Susquehanna Valley in Section IV Class B Semi-final.

Owego River Hawks (Class A)
Head Coach: Alessio DeMichele, 4th year (8th overall)
Key Players: Vasil Brich (sr./Winger), Matthew Higgins (sr./Center Midfielder), Zyir Van Scoy (sr./Midfielder), Jaxson Belokur (sr./Central Defender), Conor Chobot (sr./Midfielder), Ryan Barnes (sr./Wingback), Nathan Flacke (sr./Central Defender)
Team Goals: Focus everything we can on winning the next match, and then the next one and so on, to win as many games as we can. However, as defending Section IV Class A champions, we have an obligation to fight for it for a 4th consecutive year and hopefully go further than years’ past, as well as challenge for a STAC Final Four position.
Last Season: Finished 4th in STAC Central division. Defeated Maine-Endwell to win Section IV Class A Championship. Lost to Byram Hills (I) in NYSPHSAA Subregional.

Seton Catholic Saints (Class C)
Head Coach: Alex Walsh, 7th year
Key Players: Reece Goodman (sr.), Andrew Lalor (sr.), George Phillips (sr.)
Team Goals: Get better every day.
Last Season: Finished 2nd in STAC Central division. Defeated Greene in Quarterfinal, Afton/Harpursville in Semi-final, and Southern Cayuga to win Section IV Class C Championship. Defeated Fabius Pompey (III) to win NYSPHSAA Regional Final. Lost to Byron-Bergen/Elba (V) in Penalty Kicks in State Semi-final.

Waverly Wolverines (Class B)
Head Coach: Jon Rankin, 1st year (2nd overall)
Key Players: Andrew Larrabee (jr.), Peyton Robinson (jr.), Aiden Doherty (jr.), Jesse Lantz (fresh.), Porter Daddonna (jr.), Samuel Cheresnowsky (fresh.)
Team Goals: Improve as a whole. We cannot get better and compete at a higher level if we only have a few people who are committed to getting better.
Last Season: Finished 5th in STAC Central division. Did not qualify for sectionals.

East
Norwich Purple Tornado (Class A)

Head Coach: Chris Brown, 1st year

Team Goals: Reestablish ourselves as a varsity program (first time having a varsity team in a few years). Qualify for the Section IV Class A Tournament at the end of the season.
Last Season: Did not field a varsity team.

Oneonta Yellowjackets (Class B)
Head Coach: Todd Scanlon, 1st year (23rd overall)
Key Players: Mathew Rubin (sr.)
Team Goals: Return to the last game of the year and WIN another STATE CHAMPIONSHIP!
Last Season: Finished 2nd in STAC East division. Lost to Lansing in Section IV Class B Quarterfinal.

Susquehanna Valley Sabers (Class B)
Head Coach: Jay Vimislik, 8th year (14th overall)
Key Players: Nasser Al-Khalidi (sr.), Ben Pauline (sr.), Andrew Waite (sr.), Myles Clement (sr.)
Team Goals: Improve our team chemistry each game and find creative ways to score the ball. Our goal is to make sectionals again this year and compete with STAC’s best teams.
Last Season: Won STAC East division. Lost to Vestal in STAC Semi-final. Defeated Dryden in Quarterfinal and Chenango Valley in Semi-final, lost to Chenango Forks in Section IV Class B Championship.
